It was here in 1969 that The Rolling Stones played to more than 250,000 fans in a now-legendary free concert, which other artists have come close to, but failed to eclipse in sheer scale. Decades later, acts like Queen, Blur, and Kylie Minogue have all played host to transforming the park into a sea of waving flags and roaring crowds. Today, the tradition continues under the banner of British Summer Time Hyde Park (BST), a month-long festival that brings together the biggest names in music for a string of unforgettable open-air shows.
