This Modern Slavery Statement is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets forth the steps that International Realty Limited (‘’United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty’’) has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain. Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced labor. UK Sotheby’s International Realty has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.

This statement covers the activities of UK Sotheby’s International Realty, a premier real estate service provider specialising in the sale of luxury properties across the United Kingdom. We are committed to continuously improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and to encourage the same high standards from our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have systems in place to:

Risk and Compliance

UK Sotheby’s International Realty has evaluated the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain by reviewing the sectors and geographies in which we operate. We have implemented due diligence procedures for our suppliers and contractors to ensure that they comply with our values.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors and senior management have been briefed on the subject.

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we have a dedicated compliance team, which consists of involvement from the following departments:

Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains, we intend to take the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking.

This statement has been approved by the organisation's board of directors and is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
