We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have systems in place to:

Risk and Compliance
UK Sotheby’s International Realty has evaluated the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain by reviewing the sectors and geographies in which we operate. We have implemented due diligence procedures for our suppliers and contractors to ensure that they comply with our values.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors and senior management have been briefed on the subject.
