Hamish is an expert in new-build prime and super prime residential properties in London. With over fifteen years of dedicated experience, he has some of the best knowledge in the business of branded residences, including prestigious names such as Four Seasons and Six Senses.

Hamish's extensive experience has enabled him to cultivate robust relationships with developers and fellow agents specialising in the prime and super prime sectors. These connections allow him to provide his clients with a comprehensive overview of the new-build landscape in London and insights into future developments.

Hamish's career trajectory includes a significant role at one of the world's largest estate agencies, where he managed global sales for a leading branded residence developer. His work involved extensive international travel, meeting clients across the USA, Middle East, and Asia who were buying in London. One of his notable achievements includes overseeing over £250 million in sales for a single development in London in a short period, a testament to his skill and dedication.

Before this, Hamish worked for a UHNW private family office in London, where he oversaw various aspects of the office with a particular focus on property management.

Hamish is known for his detailed and client-focused approach. His ability to listen and understand clients' needs, combined with his tough negotiation skills, ensures that he meets and exceeds their expectations.
