Director - Sales

Beka Chapodze specialises in residential sales across Prime Central London, advising clients on prime address valuations and confidential off-market transactions. With more than a decade of experience in the London property market, he has worked across Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, South Kensington and Mayfair, as well as Queen’s Park, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Southbank and London Bridge.

Beka began his property career at Foxtons’ Sloane Square office, where he was named Best Performing Negotiator in 2018. He subsequently spent four and a half years at Knight Frank, setting an office record with 23 sales completed in a single year across Southbank and London Bridge. Before joining UK Sotheby’s International Realty, he worked at Knightsbridge Prime Property, where his successes included the confidential off-market sale of a significant house on Eaton Place.

Strategic, adaptable and solutions-focused, Beka draws on both analytical thinking and a natural ability to build strong client relationships. His degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster, together with a cyber threat analysis internship for the Georgian government, taught him to assess complex situations, identify risks and approach negotiations with clarity. Fluent in English and Georgian, he is adept at working with clients from a wide range of cultural and international backgrounds.

Outside property, Beka is an accomplished karate competitor, having won both a World Championship title and a European bronze medal. The discipline, focus and resilience required to compete at this level continue to inform his professional approach. He is also a keen traveller and enjoys forming connections with people from around the world.
