Frazer Cunnane

Frazer Cunnane is an established property advisor in the prime and super-prime market, with over a decade of experience across Prime Central London and a brief stint in Sydney, Australia. His practice spans both traditional residential sales and new developments, with a particular focus on Mayfair, Marylebone, and Soho.

Frazer began his career at Chestertons' Mayfair branch before joining Knight Frank, where he progressed from Associate at their Baker Street office to overseeing super-prime sales in Sydney, including at the iconic One Barangaroo and across the Lower North Shore. Back in London, he took on Knight Frank's inaugural roaming PCL role, covering all key patches across the region. Among his standout transactions is the highest-value single-residence sale to date at The Bryanston, completing on a five-bedroom home guided at £24.3 million.
