Tereza Kandelaki is an internationally recognised luxury real estate advisor with over 15 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and globally mobile families.

Having started her career leading the Russian Desk at Savills, she has since been involved in more than $2 billion in residential transactions, including the sale of one of London’s most significant homes at £140 million. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered over £1.5 million in annual fees and built a reputation as a trusted advisor rather than simply a broker.

Tereza specialises in connecting clients across international markets and, over the past two years, has advised on transactions in the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland and the UAE. Known for her relationship-driven approach, she regularly supports clients with global relocation, lifestyle and wealth planning considerations alongside their property requirements.

A passionate advocate for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Tereza is a strong believer in the power of the network and frequently collaborates across offices worldwide to create opportunities for clients and colleagues alike.

Fluent in English, Russian and Georgian, Tereza is also an avid art collector and founder of an art foundation supporting emerging artists from underprivileged backgrounds.
