Jessica Moreton

Jessica Moreton is a trusted property professional currently specialising in family homes in Chelsea. With an accomplished career in prime property sales, she is recognised in the industry for her discretion, passion, and exceptional client service.

Jessica helped spearhead and manage the New Homes division at Winkworth before becoming a partner at Douglas & Gordon. She has successfully negotiated numerous high-value sales across Prime Central London, from Mayfair penthouses to exclusive Chelsea apartments. As an astute advisor to developers, investors, buyers, and sellers, she consistently focuses on strong growth potential and lucrative returns.

Her strategic ingenuity and keen understanding of market dynamics have earned her several internal awards, including being twice recognised in the Douglas & Gordon 100 Club for banking over £100k in fees in a single month. She was also awarded the 'Best Team Player' title in recognition of her collaborative approach and contribution to overall success.

Jessica’s unrelenting dedication and commitment to superior service have been instrumental in nurturing a loyal clientele. She approaches every negotiation as a personal journey, seeing it as a holistic lifestyle solution rather than a transaction. She doesn’t simply connect families with properties; she guides them toward homes that reflect their life stage, aspirations, and daily rhythms.

Beyond luxury real estate, Jessica’s eye for aesthetics extends to a love of fashion and design, but her greatest fulfillment is found in time spent with family and close friends.
