With a career spanning more than 30 years, Jim has completed transactions worth approximately £890 million across real estate and mortgage banking. His experience encompasses residential and commercial sales, development and finance. Formerly CEO of Beasley Real Estate, he also led First Union Bank’s Mortgage Division, building extensive expertise in mortgage-backed securities.

Jim holds broker licences in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Georgia, and has represented clients in London, New York, Palm Beach, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Buckhead. He has consistently been named among Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Agents and has appeared several times on the Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends’ “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” lists.

A respected commentator on prime property, Jim has contributed to publications including The New York Times. He has served on the boards of the Washington National Opera at the Kennedy Center and The George Town Club and was recently appointed to the governing board of the Washington Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Originally from Atlanta, Jim brings international market knowledge, financial expertise and a highly personal approach to every transaction, advising clients with discretion and a clear understanding of their individual objectives.
