Alex Bourne

Alex Bourne is a well-established property professional in the Prime Central London market. With an astute entrepreneurial drive and over a decade of prime property experience, he has orchestrated some of the UK’s most noteworthy high-value transactions and has built an impressive black book of UHNW contacts. He now wishes to further challenge the status quo of the industry by positioning United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty as the premier choice for buying, selling, or letting premier homes across the UK.

Alex began his real estate career at Foxtons and went on to grow Hanover Residential’s luxury West End offering before joining Beauchamp Estates as a Director. He then co-founded London House, a highly successful brokerage firm specialising in super prime properties across Marylebone, Belgravia, Mayfair, and Holland Park.

Alex’s approach is grounded in values of authenticity, integrity, and trust. He’s committed to fostering a lasting relationship with every client, believing that a sale is much more than just a transaction – it is a fresh chapter in one’s life.

Beyond his career, Alex relishes fatherhood and also has an illustrious background in theatre, having performed at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Radio City Music Hall in New York.
