Dylan James is a recognised authority in London's prime property landscape, with a track record spanning some of the most significant transactions across W1 and W2.

After completing an honours degree in town planning and working in the field in Cape Town for five years, Dylan relocated to London and built his career in property at firms including John D Wood and Chestertons, where he was awarded for the largest sales commission in the company's history. His transactions routinely involve complex corporate structures, offshore entities, SPAs, and trust-held assets, and he has consistently achieved some of the highest price-per-square-foot figures for leasehold property in his markets.

His knowledge across the area is exceptionally granular, covering the prime neighbourhoods of Marylebone, Bayswater, Artesian Village and the Hyde Park Estate, as well as the celebrated garden squares of Hyde Park Square, Connaught Square, Sussex Square and Hyde Park Gardens. Known for frank advice and precise negotiation, Dylan has built a loyal client base through repeat business and referrals. He is also a member of the MNAEA (Member of the National Association of Estate Agents).

Outside of work, Dylan trains six days a week and pursues sea fishing wherever his travels take him, most keenly along the South African coast.
