The building is designed by the internationally renowned Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. It comprises two towers joined by a striking glass corridor, their panelled facades offering a contemporary reimagining of the Florentine palazzi that inspired Mayfair's early Georgian architects. The Italian handmade brickwork and Juliet balconies are a subtle nod to the area's original streetscape. The triple-height glass atrium and glass lifts carry natural light through the building's communal spaces whilst framing sweeping views of the city.
