James started his career in real estate in 1993 and initially worked for one of London’s largest independent firms, before moving to Savills in Wimbledon Village where he opened a new office as part of an expansion into the south west London market in 2000.
Over the last 30 years, James has been recognised as someone that provides concise and realistic advice in line with market conditions, adopting a measured and strategic perspective. This reputation has enabled him to advise on and secure the mandates to sell the highest value sales in Wimbledon Village SW19, west Wimbledon SW20 and the largest plot sale in the Coombe Estate KT2.
James was regularly one of the top fee earners of any south west London office, generating record revenue and profit for the company during his tenure as Head of Office. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of the market and an extensive contacts database, James always strives to assist clients in achieving their goals.
