Each villa is built in white render with local stone used throughout — in the retaining walls that follow the old field boundaries, in the pillars of the pergolas, in the feature walls of the bedrooms. The flat roofs and clean horizontal lines sit quietly against the hillside; the lawned gardens between the buildings run down toward the olive trees and the water beyond.

Each villa has its own pool — rectangular, with a waterfall falling from the roof edge into the water below, in-pool sunloungers at one end, and pale stone tile surrounds giving onto the lawn. A stone-pillared pergola with timber beams shades the outdoor dining area beside each pool, the Ionian and the wooded headland open across the full width of the view.

Inside, the living rooms are arranged around full-height sliding glass that opens directly to the pool terrace without a step between them. The bedrooms carry the same material logic: local stone feature walls, oak-panelled headboards with integrated lighting, pale tile floors. Two villas have three bedrooms each; the third has four.

The village of Plataria — its waterfront and tavernas — is close by, and the beaches of the area within easy reach. The estate works as a private residence, a family compound, or a hospitality investment.
