The architecture draws on the simplicity of Cycladic design, combining clean white volumes with natural stone elements and a strong relationship to the surrounding landscape. Rather than imposing itself on the peninsula, the development follows the contours of the site, creating a composition that feels closely connected to the coastline and the rhythm of life beside the sea.

Each residence extends across approximately 450 sqm (4,844 sq.ft.) and is arranged over three levels. The principal living spaces occupy the heart of the house, where generous proportions, natural materials and large openings create an immediate connection with the surrounding views.
