Vida occupies an elevated position above Kavia Bay on Kea, facing uninterrupted views across the Aegean and the rugged coastline that defines this part of the island. Built in keeping with the traditional architectural language of the Cyclades, the residence combines natural stone, white-rendered surfaces and timber elements, allowing it to sit comfortably within its surroundings. The beach below can be reached on foot, while the elevated setting provides both privacy and a constant connection to the sea.
