Thanks to its strategic position, completely immersed in the Val d'Orcia, listed on UNESCO Wold Heritage Site List, it enjoys a breath-taking view of the Castle of Ripa d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni and Montalcino, as well as the rolling green hills of Tuscany. Its location is also privileged and well protected despite being about 400 meters above sea level. It ensures a mild climate that allows you to enjoy the outdoor areas all year long. The property is now a private house on three levels, on the ground floor all the rooms have external access ensuring great brightness despite the thick stone walls of the old tower.
