One-of-a-kind Hunting Reserve in Maremma

This wonderful hunting reserve enjoys an extraordinary panorama that sweeps 360° amongst the rolling Maremma hills, yet completely secluded but with easy access.

Almost completely covered by woods and pastures, this one-of-a-kind hunting reserve is crossed on one side by a picturesque stream, perfect for fishing and rafting. The land is completely crossed by internal roads that facilitate the access to every corner of the entire property, where you can hunt animals typical of the Tuscan forests, including wild boars, hares, pheasants and ducks.

The estate houses several buildings including a completely renovated villa, with magnificent terraces enjoying breathtaking views. The total area of the buildings is about 2,300 square meters divided into 3 buildings of different sizes and state, as well as a further 2000 cubic meters to be built.

It is the perfect location for those who want peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the stressful daily life.
