Having spent the past four years working within the Cotswolds property market, Phoebe has developed a thorough knowledge of high-quality country homes and the expectations of clients relocating to or within the area. Raised in a farming family, she has a natural appreciation for land, property layout and the practicalities of countryside life, insight that proves invaluable when advising both buyers and sellers.

Before moving into estate agency, Phoebe worked locally in hospitality and as a nanny, experiences that helped shape her strong communication skills and calm, personable approach. She is known for being approachable, dependable and highly organised, with clients often commenting on her clear communication and local knowledge.
