Josh Ratcliffe joined the property world straight out of school. His career began in Chiswick and Fulham before he spent over a decade in Notting Hill. He joined boutique agency Domus Nova and was a key contributor to its fast growth where he quickly progressed to a Director, landing 25-30 sales a year.

Josh is renowned for his entrepreneurial attitude and determined approach which focuses on building long-term relationships. He has successfully attracted a global client list including UHNWI’s who are successful business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals across the sports and entertainment industries. 

Josh prides himself on finding a way to make even the toughest sales go through by leveraging his extensive network of solicitors, contractors, and surveyors. His ability to connect clients with opportunities that align with their aspirations has resulted in him building an impressive, loyal client base.
