Elliot Fensom joins UK Sotheby’s International Realty with more than a decade of experience across some of England’s most competitive and design-led property markets. He currently specialises in sales across Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, where his calm, people-first approach has earned him the trust of both private clients and professional investors.

Elliot began his career on the South Coast, advising on high-value sales in areas in Dorset, before moving into the rural prime market in the New Forest, where he focused on large country houses. A relocation to London in 2015 saw honed his expertise in Shoreditch and Clerkenwell, later working through Savills’ acquisition of Currell, before progressing to senior roles across Mayfair, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Belgravia and Chelsea. Most recently, he served as Director at Chestertons, where he managed the Mayfair office before running the sales team across Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea.

His defining strength is emotional intelligence. Elliot is known for building strong personal relationships, taking time to understand what truly motivates each client and tailoring his strategy accordingly. This thoughtful, direct style has translated into results: in 2024, he achieved the highest percentage to target company-wide at Chestertons for new listings for three consecutive quarters.

Approachable, clear and instinctively commercial, Elliot brings both perspective and precision to every transaction. Outside work, he is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular love of running, football and golf, the latter often proving an easy extension of client relationships beyond the office.
