Ben Hehir brings over a decade of prime property experience to his role as Sales Director with UK Sotheby’s International Realty. Primarily operating in Surrey and East Berkshire with particular expertise in St George's Hill, Wentworth, and Crown Estate, Ben's deep knowledge of the English countryside and its market dynamics has garnered him acclaim for his exceptional client service.
Ben began his real estate career with Countrywide PLC before joining Marsh and Parsons’ southwest London branch. He then moved to Savills, where he swiftly rose from applicant manager to associate director, becoming one of the youngest at 26. He also served on the firm's exclusive Challengers board, designed to shape the future of the business. Additionally, Ben played a key role in the new Savills Sports and Entertainment division, spearheading a specialised service line guiding domestic and international purchasers to premier residential communities centred around world-class golfing and country clubs.

He applies forensic insights from current and previous high-value transactions to deliver sound advice on pricing, strategy, and potential returns.
