Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced labor. UK Sotheby’s International Realty has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.

This statement covers the activities of UK Sotheby’s International Realty, a premier real estate service provider specialising in the sale of luxury properties across the United Kingdom. We are committed to continuously improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and to encourage the same high standards from our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors and senior management have been briefed on the subject.

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we have a dedicated compliance team, which consists of involvement from the following departments:

This statement has been approved by the organisation's board of directors and is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
