The ground floor of the main house offers a variety of well-proportioned living space comprising an impressive and opulent Louis XVI style drawing room with ornate gold leaf cornicing, carved marble fireplace and a beautiful parquet wood floor. The morning room, library and the dining room have been restored in the original Jacobean style with beautiful fabric wallpapers, striking oak panels, intricately carved wooden pillars and ornamental plastered ceilings making Hannington Hall into the true piece of art it is. The orangery provides a luxurious extension and additional entertaining space which can be used all year around and offers views out onto the gardens and outdoor swimming pool.
The main house offers 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (5 en suite) accommodating up to 16 guests (10 adults and 6 children). The estate also includes several additional outbuildings including a stable yard and coach house comprising a gym, recreation room with a bar, snooker room, additional kitchen, and staff accommodation. Further to this, there is also a separate Garden House with a large double bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The guests will also have use of the all-weather tennis court and subject to separate negotiation, use of the stables and paddocks.
Hannington Hall is discreetly located in a quiet village just south of the market town of Cirencester (less than 15 miles), the largest town in the Cotswolds. It has enviable access to major transport routes being less than 10 miles from the M4 providing a direct route into London and is approximately 70 miles from Heathrow International Airport.
